As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Allied Comfort Counseling, you will work in a fully remote setting, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering essential services to clients from the comfort of your own home. • Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, collaborating closely with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute mental health episodes, ensuring immediate care and safety for clients in distress.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care and enhance treatment efficacy.
• Document clinical notes, treatment progress, and session summaries accurately in our EHR system, maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Educate clients on effective coping strategies, emotional regulation techniques, and relationship enhancement skills to empower their journey to wellness.
• Engage in continuous professional development, implementing feedback and best practices for improved client outcomes.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Your commitment to understanding and addressing the unique dynamics of various client backgrounds will be essential to fostering therapeutic progress and stability within their lives.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active LMFT license in California is essential to practice in this role.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds with empathy and respect.
• Proficiency in diverse therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.
• Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills, with the ability to adapt approaches based on client progress.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings is strongly preferred.
• Experience with a variety of client demographics and presenting issues will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with virtual therapy techniques and online therapy platforms.

• Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
