• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health, utilizing established diagnostic criteria to identify areas of concern and develop individualized treatment approaches.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Assist clients in developing practical coping strategies and life skills, leading to improvements in their overall mental health and well-being.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other health care professionals to coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach to each client’s treatment plan.
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress comprehensively within our electronic health records system to maintain accurate clinical records and support continuity of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest research and innovations in mental health counseling.

You will work with a diverse client base consisting of individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and various mood disorders. Our clients often come from different cultural backgrounds, providing you the opportunity to employ culturally competent care and foster deeper connections. Your role is crucial in providing compassionate support and practical interventions aimed at improving their overall mental health.

• A Master's degree or higher in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.
• Current and valid licensure in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical practices and client engagement.
• Proficient understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, with a commitment to ongoing education and skills enhancement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities and familiarity with teletherapy platforms is highly desirable.

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and commitment to our mission.
