• Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic interventions through weekly live video sessions with individual adults, focusing on fostering healing and personal development.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatric providers and your fellow therapists to create a holistic treatment approach, ensuring comprehensive care for each client.
• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to monitor patient improvement and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our intuitive therapist portal, which is equipped with digital tools to facilitate efficient documentation processes.
• Engage in ongoing consultation with the Therapy Leadership Team, participating in supervision and seeking guidance to enhance your clinical practices and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.

Your primary focus will be on supporting adult clients who present a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues. By employing evidence-based interventions, you will assist clients in developing coping strategies tailored to their unique circumstances. Additionally, your experience with higher-risk populations and sensitivity to cultural diversity will play a crucial role in understanding and addressing the specific needs of each client.

• Master's degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited program.
• Active California LPCC licensure, demonstrating your commitment to the highest standards of clinical practice.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to adult clients.

• Experience working with higher-risk populations or adolescents is highly desirable.
