About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team!

In this role, you'll work 1:1 with children alongside a BCBA, using play-based, evidence-based strategies to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy using play-based teaching
  • Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
  • Collect and record accurate session data
  • Support a range of behaviors in a structured, supportive environment
  • Collaborate with your BCBA and team to ensure consistent care


Schedule

  • Full-time opportunities (30-40 hours/week)
  • Monday-Friday between 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • No evenings or weekends required
  • Paid documentation and admin time built into your schedule

  • 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)

  • Physical ability to actively engage (running, playing, lifting up to 50 lbs)
  • Ability to commit to at least 6 months of consistent availability
