Job description

CTG is seeking to fill an AI/LLM Solution Architect position for our client.

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: 6 months

Work Arrangement: Onsite in Dallas, TX; mandatory 3–5 days per week in the office

Duties
  • Design and implement enterprise GIS architectures and solutions for Energy & Utilities environments.
  • Lead architecture and integration of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, including Server, Portal, ArcGIS Online, and Enterprise Geodatabases.
  • Design hybrid cloud and on-premises GIS solutions using AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, or similar platforms.
  • Integrate GIS platforms with utility operational and enterprise systems.
  • Provide technical leadership for GIS infrastructure, security, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
  • Develop and support spatial database solutions using Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, or similar technologies.
  • Use Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, and automation tools for integration and solution development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and enterprise architecture teams.

  • Experience with hybrid cloud GIS deployments and enterprise system integration.
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with AI/LLM, Generative AI, or enterprise AI solutions.
  • Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities with GIS or utility applications.
  • Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms.
