The Role As a Data Scientist specializing in Graph Analysis, you will be a key contributor to a collaborative team focused on developing a groundbreaking graph analysis platform. Your primary responsibilities will involve enhancing graph data capabilities by designing, modeling, and optimizing complex graph structures, and crafting performant database queries. You will also develop and maintain data parsers in Python to support ingestion pipelines, maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, and work directly with mission analysts and operators to translate their needs into novel data models and graphing solutions.

This role is 100% onsite in Columbia, MD. What You'll Bring - Technical degree + 8 years of experience (12 years of experience without a degree). - Experience with or a strong interest in graph databases, such as Neo4j, and a willingness to learn specific query languages like Cypher.

- Strong Python programming skills, especially for writing and maintaining data parsing scripts. - Proven ability to translate complex customer requirements into implementable data-driven solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Nice to Haves: - Previous experience with Neo4j or other graph databases, understanding of graph theory and algorithms, & familiarity with real-time data processing or streaming analytics. - Knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts and familiarity with SIGINT collection and analysis systems or similar mission environments.

- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and an understanding of ETL processes for large, complex datasets. Clearance Requirements TS/SCI with FS Polygraph (no clearance upgrades or CCAs).
