Job description

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • The contractor shall at a minimum have a bachelorโ€™s degree in education, instructional design or curriculum development, organizational development, or related field with relevant experience in the tasks listed below in section 1.2.
  • The contractor shall include a minimum of 3 years of experience managing a higher education faculty development program such as managing instructor qualifications and/or a quality assurance program as demonstrated in their resume or other official document.
  • The contractor shall be proficient in Office 365 tools (ex. MS Windows, MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Publisher, MS Teams, MS Planner, MS Power BI, and Microsoft Forms) as demonstrated in their resume or other official documents.
  • The contractor shall have a minimum of 3 years of experience working effectively in a team-based environment with multiple stakeholders (e.g., program managers, subject matter experts, and leadership) as demonstrated in their resume or other official documents.
  • The contractor shall have a proven ability to use databases or tracking systems for data entry, analysis, and report generation to inform program decisions.
  • The contractor shall have experience with course evaluations, analyzing feedback (such as end-of-course surveys) and implementing improvement plans.
  • Contractor must have a Non-Disclosure Agreement in place with their company, and the company must provide a copy to the Program Manager of this task order. This is necessary to mitigate transfer of any confidential, proprietary and/or sensitive information while in this position.

Highly Desired Qualifications:

  • The contractor shall at a minimum have a masterโ€™s degree in education, instructional design or curriculum development, organizational development, or related field with relevant experience in the tasks listed below in section 1.2.
  • The contractor shall be familiar with Air Force Formal Training and educational accreditation and compliance.
  • The contractor shall have experience working within the Department of War (DoW), the Department of the Air Force, Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) educational or training environments as an instructor, administrator, or liaison.
  • The contractor shall possess a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or be a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
  • The contractor shall have experience in managing instructor qualifications, conducting instructor evaluations, and providing professional development for teaching staff.
