Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional communication and updates to service advisors and the parts department
  • Utilize shop and diagnostic equipment with confidence, ensuring adherence to safety procedures
  • Diagnose automotive issues through experience, analysis, and testing
  • Maintain and expand knowledge of vehicle components and systems
  • Adapt to evolving automotive technologies and diagnostic tools
  • Adhere to safety and environmental standards while maintaining a clean, safe work environment
  • Complete repair orders and conduct vehicle safety inspections
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and achieve career growth

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an automotive technician; ASE and Master Certifications are a plus
  • Strong technical expertise in automotive repair and diagnostics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other departments
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • High School Diploma / GED required
