Vinton Therapy Counseling Solutions is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dedicated team. The position operates in a remote setting, offering you the flexibility to perform your counseling duties from the comfort of your own home while still engaging actively with clients and colleagues. Our full-time work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule conducive to personal well-being. You will have access to secure online platforms for teletherapy, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort during sessions.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately gauge clients’ mental health needs and establish baselines for treatment.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and cater to the unique circumstances of each client.
• Engage clients with innovative therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, to facilitate progress and foster resilience.
• Monitor and document the clients’ progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to therapy strategies and ensuring the highest level of care.
• Provide clients with practical tools and coping strategies to enhance their long-term mental health and overall well-being.

This role focuses on providing therapeutic services primarily to adults from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. The typical clients you will work with face challenges related to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance use, and disordered eating patterns. You will be instrumental in creating a supportive space where they can openly discuss their struggles and work towards healing.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Possession of an active California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing therapy, preferably with a focus on diverse populations.
• Proficiency in culturally responsive, evidence-based therapeutic practices is essential for effectively supporting our clients.

• Demonstrated success in developing treatment plans that are both effective and adaptable to client needs.
• Experience using digital therapeutic tools and platforms to enhance service delivery in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral networks within Fresno.

The salary range for this position is USD 115,000 – 120,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
