• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, needs, and goals, which will inform individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, employing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and systemic interventions.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to facilitate engaging and effective virtual sessions, ensuring a supportive environment for clients.
• Document clinical notes and progress using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining client confidentiality while meeting regulatory standards.
• Continually update your professional knowledge by participating in training sessions and accessing resources on emerging trends and best practices in marriage and family therapy.
• Maintain ethical standards in all interactions, ensuring the safety and trust of clients.

You will work with a diverse demographic encompassing various ages, backgrounds, and presenting issues. Our clients may include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. Focusing on family dynamics, you will provide support to families seeking healthier communication patterns and coping mechanisms.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active independent licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing therapy, with a focus on family and marital dynamics.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for therapy, such as video conferencing platforms and EHR systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills fostered through virtual therapy sessions.

• Experience with evidence-based therapy modalities and a track record of successfully developing tailored treatment plans.
• Familiarity with the unique mental health challenges faced by the Oregon community and the resources available.
• Participation in continuous professional development initiatives and workshops.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
