Job Title

Optometrist – Full‑time, Monday – Friday (8:00–17:00)

Overview / Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive and medical optometry services across two locations (Eugene and Cottage Grove). Manage a patient load of approximately 3 patients per hour with the support of technician and scribe. Perform pre‑ and post‑operative exams, ocular disease co‑management, contact lens fittings, comprehensive eye exams, and surgical adjunct care.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary $135,000 – $230,000, commensurate with experience
  • Production bonuses
