POSITION SUMMARY

A member of the Informatics team who is responsible for the maintenance, training, and overall operations of users within the Electronic Health Record.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

Assist in completing projects for all applications.

Security requirements as directed by manager.

Facilitate and create education avenues for application changes, assists with the development of both short and long-term training programs for hospitals, clinics, Home Health, and Long-Term Care.

Assist with IT Vendor Management and Contracting to include systems selection processes and project and program management with an emphasis on Health IT systems through CHCS

Application training and maintenance.

Support Quality Measurement and reporting requirements with Community HealthCare System (CHCS)

Tests applications for changes and updates.

Responsible for analyzing information system issues work to repair the system or communicate with system vendors for repair assistance.

Assist with IT support

Communicate with Application and Project Manager on any application issues or changes.

Troubleshoot issues and create tickets based on Vendor protocol.

Manage and install updates as needed under the direction of the Application and Project manager.

Analyze computer information systems and identify areas for improvement.

Participate in the installation and development of CHCS computer information programs.

Complete system upgrades and provide system maintenance whenever necessary.

Supports and abides by the mission, values, and policies of CHCS in all activities.

On-going compliance with CHCS educational requirements.

Arrives on time and ready to work.

All other duties as required.
