  • Own the End-to-End daily logistics operations management, including material and information flow. Also manage third-party logistics (3PL)vendor operating warehouse and data centers in assigned locations.
  • Manage and monitor metrics for key performance indicators (KPIs), vendor performance scorecards, and development of business cases to support logistics process changes and/or improvements.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive forward/reverse logistics strategy that aligns with the organization's long-term goals.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, MTTR reduction, and capacity optimization through innovative logistics solutions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the operations team.
