This job has both full-time & part-time positions available


Charter One works with schools across the country to provide all-inclusive education management services. At Charter One we pride ourselves on our thorough knowledge of charter school operations, academics, finance, human resources, information technology, marketing, and more. We handle the day-to-day work so that client school boards can focus on governance and policy issues to be sure that the vision and mission of the school are being carried out properly.


American Leadership Academy is currently accepting applications for full-time and part-time Pre-K Aides for the 2026-2027 academic school year for our campuses located in the East Valley. Candidates must possess, or be willing to obtain, a valid Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist the classroom teacher with lesson planning and implementation.
  • Reinforce learning concepts and provide additional assistance as needed.
  • Help maintain a positive and orderly environment.
  • Help administer tests and assessments; support the teacher in grading assignments and providing feedback.
  • Observe and report on student progress, behavior, and engagement.
  • Support communication with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and any concerns.
  • Help keep the classroom clean and organized, ensuring materials and supplies are readily available.
  • Encourage student participation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
