What You'll Do:- Lead and inspire a team of line and prep cooks, helping them grow into future culinary leaders.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring every dish meets Carmine's high standards.
- Jump in wherever needed-expediting, purchasing, prepping, and more.
- Maintain quality, consistency, and taste while managing food costs.
- Train staff on recipes, portion control, sanitation, and kitchen best practices.
- Support a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:- Prior experience as a Kitchen Manager or Lead Line Cook in a high-volume setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of food prep techniques and health department regulations.
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with restaurant financials, scheduling, and labor management.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
- English communication skills required.
- Open availability for various shifts.
