Key Responsibilities:
  • Within 30 days you will learn to accurately diagnose and repair appliances/equipment in customers' homes.
  • Within 15 days you will be able to provide cost estimates for repairs/installations and collect payment for work performed.
  • Within 30 days you will be able to ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain company vehicle and equipment.
  • Within 30 days you will be able to complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.
  • At hire you will perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions.

Job Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a technician in a technical or skilled trade field, with relevant customer service experience or in a relevant role.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Willingness to learn new technology to complete daily work.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance.
  • Physical ability to perform strenuous work under varying circumstances.

Physical Demands:
The employee will occasionally need to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
