Job description


Because this role involves a combination of independent and collaborative work, this position can be conducted 100% remotely.
The candidate will assist our customers by troubleshooting problems within our ERP systems, iPortal Apps, and other IT supported systems.
As a member of the Business Systems Excellence Team, the candidate will be a liaison between the business and ESS-IT. As part of a cross-site borderless team, you will get to work virtually with various functions and facilities across the enterprise. We do not report to a specific business area and our goal is to help and support all of Operations. Every day is a new opportunity.
You will:
  • Assist our customers by troubleshooting problems with our ERP System, iPortal apps and other IT supported systems.
  • Work with customers or IT to create, modify and implement solutions for Business Systems projects as needed.
  • Participate in system upgrades, integrating business acquisitions, and working through test scripts during conference room pilots on the changes and solutions
  • Provide user support across all sites
  • Provide Best Practice solutions
