Responsible for all points of data mining, extraction, manipulation, analysis, and reporting

Develops and reports daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of key performance indicators related to warehouse operational metrics

Provides critical analysis of costs associated with logistics, warehouse, and transportation operations

Supports improvement opportunities and monitors discrepancies throughout the organization

Works with cross-functional teams to validate data and collaborate on operational insights

Data & business analysis

Data mining & extraction from multiple sources to build reports

Daily, weekly, and monthly report generation

Report automation & design

Maintaining existing dashboards; weekly & monthly analysis and reporting

Help drive critical business decisions through in-depth analysis; provide recommendations based on findings

Develop models that help with decision-making

Identify opportunities for performance improvement

Publish standard and complex ad-hoc reports with varying detail for different audiences


[Skills & Qualifications]

Minimum 3 years of experience in reports and data analysis within logistics, distribution center, warehouse, and/or supply chain environments

High proficiency in MS Excel (40%), SQL (35%), Access, BI Tools, and PowerPoint (25%) required

Experience with SAP and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) required

Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, or related field

Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Strong data mining skills and experience extracting & manipulating data from multiple sources

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of management
