Location: Cypress, TX 77429
Pay Rate: $16.00-$18/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Description:
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and emails
- Collect and accurately enter customer information into the database
- Perform basic plumbing troubleshooting (training provided)
- Schedule and coordinate customer appointments
- Submit city permit applications
- Coordinate city inspections
- Process online jobsite locates
- Communicate effectively with field technicians and management
- Additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of related customer service or administrative experience
- Strong computer skills, including typing and 10-key
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Punctual, dependable, and organized
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced service environment
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
