Course topics include but are not limited to: Soft Skills, such as Diversity, Leadership and Management, Communications; and Computer Skills, such as Microsoft applications and Adobe software. Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience

Certifications/Licenses Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of classroom management, adult learning, and effective communication/facilitation techniques. Computer literacy and familiarity with the development and facilitation of online instruction. Experienced in delivering live-online training/workshops/programs/classes via Zoom, Webex, or other virtual platforms.
