What is an online computed tomography instructor?

An Online Computed Tomography (CT) Instructor is a professional who teaches students about the principles, techniques, and safety protocols of CT imaging through virtual platforms. They develop and deliver course content, assess student performance, and provide guidance on both theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed for CT scanning. These instructors typically have experience as CT technologists and hold relevant certifications, enabling them to prepare students for industry exams and real-world clinical practice.

To thrive as an Online Computed Tomography Instructor, you need in-depth CT imaging knowledge, clinical experience as a radiologic technologist, and often ARRT certification in Computed Tomography. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), digital imaging software, and virtual teaching tools is essential.
