Our Merchandising Internship opportunities exist in our Corporate Home Office inFramingham, MA.

As a Merchandising Intern you will be assigned to eitherPlanning & Allocation or Buying, and your responsibilities may include:

  • Analyze sales trends and reports toanticipateconsumer buying patterns and product trends

  • Create and implement allocation strategies for our stores and / or e-commerce sites

  • Accompany Buyers on local, virtual, or on-site vendor visits

  • Strategize with Buyers before vendor visits and debrief post-visit

  • Visit stores to analyze our product mix as well as our competitors

  • Resolve merchandise issues with our Distribution Centers, Buyers, and Vendors

With ourcorporate officelocatedinFramingham, MA, TJX is not easily accessible by public transportation. Candidatesare responsible forensuring they have a dependable means of transportation to and from the office and traveling as needed for the role. A variable work schedule is part of the position and based on business needs. You may need to travel to area stores, local vendors, or other office locations, and work hours may not always align with others and public transportation schedules.
