We seek patient and dedicated caregivers to assist adults with developmental disabilities in their neighborhood home. Our Caregivers / DSPs provide support to adults living in CILA homes (Community Integrated Living Arrangements) with around-the-clock care. Developmental Foundations, a family-owned company providing quality residential services since 1986, is hiring Caregivers / DSPs for our group homes in ­­­­­Decatur, IL.What you can expect:Network of support - trainers, nurses, supervisors and co-workersA sense of belonging, connection and caring, in a home-like settingWork schedules may include a combination of weekdays, weekends and holidaysPay:$18.75/hourBenefits (for eligible employees may include):DSP training is provided and paid.
