This remote role offers you flexibility while being integrated into a nurturing online work environment. You'll interact with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and licensed therapists, who are dedicated to providing holistic care. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' needs and collaborate on personalized treatment plans that respect each patient's unique circumstances.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at building community and resilience among those struggling with common mental health issues.
• Implement crisis intervention techniques during mental health emergencies to ensure patient safety and provide immediate support.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower their recovery journeys.
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in documentation practices.
• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in mental health care.

You will work with a diverse clientele who may be experiencing various mental health issues, ranging from mild anxiety to severe mood disorders. Our focus is on treating individuals from all walks of life, including children, adolescents, and adults. • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia.
• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and best practices in therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and empathetic skills that facilitate productive client relationships.
• Proficiency in navigating electronic health record (EHR) systems and maintaining confidentiality in patient care.

We prefer candidates with at least two years of relevant experience in providing mental health therapy, particularly those who possess skills in delivering both individual and group therapy. Experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting is an advantage, as is familiarity with specific therapeutic techniques suited to a wide array of mental health concerns.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
