Job description

Financial Advisor | Wealth Management

For an experienced advisor who believes good wealth management starts with knowing the client—and extends well beyond the portfolio.

We are looking for an experienced Financial Advisor to join our wealth management team and serve high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, and foundations.

This is a relationship-driven role for an advisor who wants to combine investment management, financial planning, and thoughtful client advice with the opportunity to grow lasting relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.

You’ll work alongside experienced investment and wealth management professionals, with the resources and infrastructure of an established firm and the opportunity to have a meaningful voice in the future of the business.

What You’ll Do

As a Financial Advisor, you’ll be responsible for understanding what matters to your clients and translating that understanding into thoughtful, long-term wealth management strategies.

Your work will include:

  • Build and manage trusted relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, and foundations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive communication, financial guidance, and ongoing advice.
  • Develop comprehensive financial plans that reflect each client's goals, circumstances, risk tolerance, and long-term objectives.
  • Manage and monitor investment portfolios and make recommendations informed by fundamental, technical, and macroeconomic analysis.
  • Work closely with our investment, operations, and client service teams to ensure recommendations are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  • Lead client meetings and portfolio reviews, communicating investment strategies and financial recommendations clearly and thoughtfully.
  • Stay informed on financial markets, economic developments, investment products, and regulatory changes and incorporate relevant developments into client advice.
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients and professional referral sources and contribute to the firm's growth through referrals, networking, community involvement, and other business development activities.
  • Participate in educational seminars, industry events, and professional organizations that strengthen client relationships and expand the firm's presence.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation while meeting all regulatory, compliance, and fiduciary obligations.
  • Share your experience with developing advisors and contribute to a collaborative culture of professional growth.
What We’re Looking For

We're looking for an experienced wealth management professional who is comfortable sitting across the table from a client, understanding the full picture, and providing sound advice.

You should have:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution; Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Series 65 and CFP® certification required.
  • 5–7 years of experience in investment management, financial planning, wealth management, or a related advisory role.
  • Experience serving high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, foundations, or institutional clients preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of portfolio management, investment products, financial planning, and fiduciary responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial and investment concepts in a clear, thoughtful manner.
  • An analytical mindset, sound judgment, and genuine intellectual curiosity.
  • The initiative and business acumen to identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships and develop new ones.

We also value professionals who are still building their advisory careers. Newly licensed CFP® professionals with strong investment knowledge, initiative, and a demonstrated commitment to the profession are encouraged to apply.

The Opportunity

Our firm has been serving clients for 20 years and is employee-owned. Our approach is grounded in disciplined investing, long-term thinking, and a commitment to dividend growth investing.

We're continuing to grow, and this role offers the opportunity to be part of that growth—not simply as an advisor serving clients, but as a professional helping shape the next chapter of the firm.

We value advisors who bring expertise to the table, but we also believe that expertise is only part of the job. The strongest client relationships are built through consistency, good judgment, transparency, and trust earned over time.

Our culture is straightforward:

Know Your Stuff.
Be Devoted to Excellence.
Serve With Integrity and Humility.
Be Real and Transparent.

If you’re an experienced advisor looking for a firm where investment expertise, client relationships, and long-term thinking genuinely matter, we’d like to hear from you.
