Work Environment

This position is based at our onsite Rehabilitation Center, a state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced therapeutic modalities and tools. Operating primarily Monday through Friday, you will be part of a structured schedule focused on delivering optimal patient care while maintaining work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, which includes reviewing medical histories, administering appropriate assessments, and documenting findings.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, collaboratively setting goals with patients and their families.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols that reflect the latest advancements in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, making adjustments to the treatment plan as necessary based on clinical observations and patient feedback.
• Document all patient care activities comprehensively and timely, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.
• Engage in ongoing consultations with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care, addressing any changes in patient conditions.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to setting and achieving team goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Actively participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote the center's services and enhance patient access to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at One Source Physique Fitness Center, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Our diverse patient population requires you to tailor treatment approaches to individual needs, focusing on pain management, mobility restoration, and functional enhancement. We value involving patients and their families in the rehabilitation process, ensuring that they are informed and engaged in their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Current and valid state licensure to practice Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Compassionate demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt treatment approaches based on the latest evidence and patient responses.

Preferred Experience

• While prior work experience is not required, any previous clinical internships or relevant experience in an orthopedic setting will be beneficial.
• Experience with orthopedic assessments and familiarity with technology used in physical rehabilitation is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
