About the Role

We are looking for compassionate, dedicated Care Professionals to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. As a Care Professional, you will provide personalized in-home support that allows clients to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Every day, you will have the opportunity to bring comfort, dignity, and companionship to those in your care.

Who We're Looking For

We hire based on character, not just credentials. Our ideal Care Professional embodies our four core values:

Dependable

You show up — on time, every time. Clients and their families count on you, and you take that responsibility seriously.

Takes Initiative

You don't wait to be told what needs to be done. You anticipate needs, notice the details, and act proactively to support your clients' well-being.

Creative

You find thoughtful, personalized ways to engage and assist your clients. Whether it's adapting a routine or finding new ways to brighten someone's day, you bring fresh thinking to your work.

Professional

You represent our organization with integrity, respect boundaries, maintain confidentiality, and conduct yourself with the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying living spaces
  • Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
  • Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to the care coordinator
  • Administer medication reminders as directed by the care plan
  • Document care activities accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
  • Proof of current auto insurance
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a genuine compassion for others
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in home care, caregiving, or a related healthcare setting
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Experience working with elderly, disabled, or medically complex individuals

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay with flexible scheduling options
  • Paid training and ongoing professional development
  • Supportive team environment and dedicated care coordinators
  • Meaningful, rewarding work that makes a real difference every day
  • Opportunities for career growth within the organization
