We are leaders in the residential heating, cooling plumbing & Electrical industry, and due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for an experienced customer service representative to help us grow our service division. You'll help schedule service and maintenance calls throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. Responsibilities

Answers inbound calls and schedules HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical service, maintenance, and sales calls.

Ability to follow scripting while prioritizing call types for maximum efficiency and success

Must be Detail Oriented and have the ability to Multitask.

Set up customers and schedule service calls.

Answer inbound calls for sales as a backup to sales coordinators.

Help with outbound calls and other duties as assigned when needed.

Requirements

2-3 Years of HVAC/Plumbing & Electrical Customer Service Experience Desired

A strong understanding of the Twin Cities Marketplace Helpful

Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills

Understands the importance and balance of teamwork and working effectively with our internal/external customers

Ability to multitask under pressure

Good written and verbal skills

Good computer skills needed

Job Type: Full Time 10:30-7:00pm

Pay24.00- 26.00 per hour, plus weekly spiffs

Flexible work from home options available.
