About the Job:

A Branch Manager at Ironclad will lead efforts to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure branch profitability. We value candidates from diverse backgrounds, as our branches serve a wide range of markets and product lines. As a champion of customer service and safety-first practices, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of excellence within your team and with clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead overall branch operations to ensure safety, performance, and profitability.
  • Grow revenue by identifying opportunities and strengthening customer relationships.
  • Develop and manage the branch’s profit and loss (P&L) and business plan.
  • Hire, lead, and develop a high-performance team across all functional areas.
  • Monitor key metrics: revenue, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with HR, Safety, Finance, and Compliance teams to resolve issues and meet goals.
  • Ensure DOT and OSHA compliance at the branch and champion a strong safety culture.
  • Build a service-driven culture that aligns with Ironclad’s core values.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of successful business management with proven ability to manage a P&L and lead a team to meet performance goals.
  • Strong leadership skills in hiring, training, and developing team members.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational leadership in construction, industrial, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of business planning and accounting principles.
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and safety regulations preferred.
