Compensation: $415,000 – $485,000 per year Job Type: Monday – Friday, flexible work schedule Location: Hobart, IN
Join a well-established and expanding healthcare provider in Northwest Indiana that actively prioritizes physician well-being and a sustainable work-life balance. This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to design your practice around your professional goals within a premier, tech-forward environment, distinguished as one of the few HIMSS Stage VII facilities in the country.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention Clinic patients per day: flexible Call Rotation: 1:4
- Perform a variety of urological surgeries utilizing advanced technology and robotic platforms as needed
- Utilize the EPIC EMR system and integrated AI tools to maintain precise and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists and support staff within a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment
- Design and grow a clinical practice that incorporates subspecialty interests such as oncology, robotics, or stones
- Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency
- Maintain active communication with referring physicians to ensure seamless care coordination across the region
- Adhere to all hospital medical staff bylaws and regulatory requirements to ensure the highest level of safety and compliance
