Clarity Partners is seeking an Associate OnBase Developer. In this role, this person will support the design, development, and implementation of OnBase solutions across various business units. This role is well-suited for someone early in their career who has foundational OnBase experience and is eager to grow their skills in solution development, configuration, and integration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to delivering high-quality work under the guidance of senior team members.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of OnBase solutions to support business processes and requirements.
  • Work with business stakeholders and IT team members, under the guidance of senior staff, to help gather and document requirements for OnBase projects.
  • Support the configuration of OnBase workflows, document types, forms, and integrations based on defined specifications.
  • Assist in troubleshooting OnBase issues, escalating complex system performance or connectivity problems as needed.
  • Help perform routine system maintenance and updates to support OnBase platform stability.
  • Execute test plans and support quality assurance efforts to validate OnBase solutions meet requirements.
  • Document OnBase configurations, workflows, and procedures for reference and training purposes.
  • Provide basic end-user support and assist with training on OnBase applications.
  • Participate in learning opportunities to build proficiency in OnBase features and best practices.

Requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in OnBase development, administration, or a related technical role.
  • Familiarity with OnBase modules such as Workflow, WorkView, or Unity Client is a plus; current OnBase certifications a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of database concepts, including SQL.
  • Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts and/or agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical aptitude, with a willingness to ask questions and learn from senior team members.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while developing independent technical skills.

Clarity is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For the Associate OnBase Developer role, the base salary pay range is $90,000 - $105,000. The range represents a good faith estimate that Clarity reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of posting. Compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
