Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Independent Sales Representative who excels at identifying and closing new opportunities, cultivating strong relationships, and growing and servicing existing accounts.

Job Responsibilities
  • Solicit and secure orders for Safilo USA product lines within the assigned geographical area.
  • Grow market demand for the Safilo portfolio by managing and expanding a collection of customer accounts.
  • Act as a business consultant by providing expertise on product knowledge, merchandising, and programs.
  • Deliver volume and net-sales objectives across the full Safilo product portfolio.
  • Drive growth through the implementation of the sustainable Safilo Sales Model with strategic customers.
  • Develop and maintain an effective call cycle to achieve the desired service frequency required to meet sales objectives.
  • Ensure brand visual-merchandising standards are upheld and effectively utilize POP materials.
  • Conduct regular customer-staff trainings to reinforce product knowledge and ensure consistent brand-positioning messaging to patients/consumers.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers while partnering with the local sales team to prospect and acquire new accounts.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork, a positive attitude, and a motivated, process-oriented approach with high attention to detail.
