ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED
100% ONSITE - FORT GREELY, AK DESCRIPTION OF POSITION / DUTIES: All Points is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) mission operations at Fort Greely, Alaska. This role provides critical supply support services in a mission-driven, high-security environment supporting military and defense operations.
The selected candidate will support logistics, warehousing, inventory accountability, and sustainment activities to ensure the availability and operational readiness of Prime Mission Equipment (PME) and associated components.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating mission demands. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
โ€ข Provide supply support services in accordance with contract requirements and customer needs
โ€ข Interface with multiple stakeholders to fulfill logistics and inventory requirements
โ€ข Perform inventory accountability and property management functions
โ€ข Manage work order processes and track material disposition, including returns
โ€ข Process shipping and receiving activities using government-mandated forms and systems
โ€ข Support warehousing operations for approximately 4,000 parts, including spares and Line Replaceable Units (LRUs)
โ€ข Provide PME sustainment support including procurement, spares inventory, and lifecycle tracking
โ€ข Support Packaging, Handling, Shipping, and Transportation (PHS&T) activities for GMD systems
โ€ข Execute purchasing functions, including processing auto-generated and customer-provided purchase requisitions (PRs)
โ€ข Utilize government systems for inventory control, including purchasing, receiving, and issuing materials
โ€ข Support government audits related to safety, calibration, and property accountability
โ€ข Maintain calibration and operations & sustainment (O&S) activities for equipment
โ€ข Coordinate vehicle usage, fleet management, and maintenance activities
โ€ข Assist with heavy lift operations and aircraft loading/unloading as required
โ€ข Operate material handling equipment including forklifts (5K-15K) and pallet jacks
โ€ข Support surge operations with a flexible work schedule as mission needs dictate EDUCATION:
โ€ข No degree required YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
โ€ข 2+ years of logistics, warehouse, or supply chain experience required SKILLS / CERTIFICATIONS:
Required Skills:
โ€ข Experience with inventory management and accountability processes
โ€ข Experience with shipping, receiving, and material handling operations
โ€ข Familiarity with government logistics systems and documentation processes
โ€ข Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and automated inventory applications
โ€ข Strong organizational and communication skills
โ€ข Ability to work in a team-based, mission-focused environment Additional Skills Preferred:
โ€ข Experience supporting military or defense logistics operations
โ€ข Familiarity with GMD systems or similar defense programs

The hourly pay rate for this role is $28-30.00 per hour. This position is best suited for candidates with hands-on logistics, warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience.
