Job description

Earn $19.19-$22.25/hour plus shift differentials up to $3/hour. Vista Prairie at Ridgeway in New Ulm is hiring an On-Call Resident Assistant to support residents in assisted living and memory care.
What you'll do:
  • Help residents with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and hygiene
  • Support residents with mobility and safe transfers
  • Give medications as directed, following facility policy and state regulations
  • Build positive, caring relationships with residents during every shift
  • Help create a comfortable, dignified daily experience for each resident

What you'll need:
Required:
  • Ability to read, write, and follow directions accurately

Preferred:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • About one year of Resident Assistant experience
  • Interest in growing into a full-time role over time

Pay and benefits:
  • Pay: $19.19-$22.25/hour, based on experience
  • Shift differentials: +$1/hour PM shift, +$2/hour NOC shift, +$3/hour weekend shift
  • Sign-on bonus: $500 (AM), $800 (PM), or $1,000 (NOC). Must be scheduled 40+ hours per pay period to qualify for a Sign On
  • Paid time off, 401(k), employee referral program, and tuition/education assistance program

Schedule:
This is an on-call position. Hours vary and you'll pick up shifts as they become available across AM, PM, and NOC. There's a path to a full-time schedule as availability opens up.
