Responsibilities
Provide high-quality endoscopy nursing care during procedures on site.
Adhere to infection control standards and safety protocols.
Monitor patient vitals and assist anesthesia team as required.
Document procedure notes, patient data, and post-procedure instructions accurately.
Meet or exceed procedural targets and productivity metrics.
Prepare, calibrate, and maintain endoscopy equipment and supplies.
Collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Identify opportunities to improve patient flow and reduce procedure turnaround time.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of endoscopy best practices and guidelines.
Educate patients about pre- and post-procedure care and follow-up.
Support mentoring and onboarding of new staff, sharing best practices.
Experience/Qualifications
Registered Nurse with valid license and Endoscopy Certification.
Proven endoscopy nursing experience, including procedure assistance.
