Job description

Our groundbreaking hospice and palliative care programs offer a broad range of services in the community or facility-based to help patients and their families ease the burden of managing a life-limiting illness or end of life care.

The On Call RN Supervisor provides leadership, support, and guidance to Call Center staff for clinical/non clinical issues and situations. The Supervisor elevates complex issues to Team Manager, AOC or Hospice MD on call.  The RN Supervisor also provides quality professional telephonic intervention to patients based on the Plan of Care.

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN or BS degree preferred
  • Three years of Hospice nursing experience
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • 2-5 years Hospice experience/On Call required
  • New York State RN licensure
  • NYS valid license preferred
  • Current CHPN certification preferred
