Jampack AI is building an AI-native operating platform for wholesale CPG operations, automating the full order-to-cash lifecycle from purchase order ingestion through freight coordination, invoicing, and payment reconciliation.
Market traction:
This is a true founding engineering ownership role. This is not feature factory full-stack work. This is not low-stakes product engineering. This is mission-critical infrastructure ownership where downtime directly impacts shipments and customer revenue.
The stated moat is not the model — it is the infrastructure scaffolding around real-world AI workflows. Core ownership includes:
Strong signals include big tech → startup ownership arcs, Flexport or logistics-adjacent backgrounds, mission-critical backend ownership, reliability and observability depth, and real product ownership in startup environments.
