What You'll Do
  • Perform building, mechanical, and preventive maintenance to support employee and laboratory environments
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, and facility systems
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal partners
  • Prioritize work using PM systems and work orders; ensure timely, code-compliant completion
  • Order materials and maintain accurate documentation in the CMMS
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed

What You Bring
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of maintenance or skilled trade experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC, electrical, and building systems
  • Knowledge of 110/220V, single-phase, and 3-phase systems
  • Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid U.S. driver's license
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work weekday day shift with on-call rotation

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with boiler or hydronic systems or Journeyman Plumber License
  • Knowledge of pneumatic systems, electrical controls, BAS, or CMMS
