The Opportunity:
Lickety Split Barista (On-Call)
Who We Look For:
We are looking for an individual who can provide support in our resort café, Lickety Split who has prior experience in Food & Beverage. Perfect for guests on the go, Lickety Split provides delicious quick bites throughout the day. Find your favorite's café latte, breakfast pastries, savory quick bites, gelato and more, all created daily by our team of gourmet chefs.
Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile
• Provide guidance through our variety of beverages, pastries, gelato and lunch menu
• Ensure the back of house is clean and organized, in accordance with sanitation standards

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a coffee shop setting or Food & Beverage
• Flexible availability within AM and PM shifts as well as weekend availability is preferred
• Ability to lift 15+ pounds
• Possess strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.

• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
