Job description

Residential Service Electrician - Mr. Electric of Golden CO

Build a Career You're Proud Of

This isn't a "show up and wire it" kind of job.

At Mr. Electric of Golden CO, we're looking for professional Service Electricians who take ownership of their craft, their customer relationships, and their income.

We serve Golden, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Denver, Evergreen, the foothills, and Summit County. Our customers expect professionalism, clear communication, and work done right the first time. That commitment has earned us 140+ five-star Google reviews and a reputation built on trust.

If you want to be part of a team that values quality over shortcuts and performance over politics, keep reading.

What Makes Us Different

We Take Customer Experience Seriously

We're not just there to "fix the wire." We're trusted professionals in customers' homes.

Clean work. Clear communication. Honest recommendations. No surprises.

Doing it right the first time isn't a slogan here - it's the standard.

Performance-Based Pay - With a Proven System

This is not guesswork.

If you follow our service process, communicate clearly, look and act professional in all your dealings and deliver high-quality workmanship, you can realistically earn:

$70,000 - $120,000 per year

Mountain Work Is Part of the Territory

In addition to Golden and surrounding communities, we proudly service Summit County and Vail, and you can expect to head up there approximately once per week on average.

If you enjoy mountain drives, cooler summer temps, and working in some of Colorado's most beautiful communities - this is a strong upside.

The Environment Here

We are locally owned. Decisions are made here.

You'll work directly with the owner - a technically minded leader who built this business intentionally and believes strong systems create strong professionals. This is not absentee ownership. This business was built intentionally with systems, standards, and long-term reputation in mind - not just volume.

You'll have direct access, real conversations, and your technical input from the field is valued. If you see a better way to improve installation quality, efficiency, safety, or customer experience, it will be heard.

We believe experienced electricians don't need to be micromanaged. You'll have clear expectations, strong systems, and real support - not someone hovering over your shoulder. If you're capable, we give you room to operate. We respect electricians who think critically and care about craftsmanship.

No corporate bureaucracy. No unnecessary paperwork. No layers of management between you and decisions that affect your work.

You focus on solving problems. We handle the rest.
