Overview
We are seeking a skilled and certified Water Treatment Plant Operator to join our team. This full-time, on-site role involves operating and maintaining advanced water treatment systems across multiple counties in Maryland.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly Pay: $31.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience and certification level)
  • Benefits: Company vehicle + comprehensive benefits package available after 90-day probationary period

We are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business specializing in high-quality commercial water treatment solutions throughout Maryland. Our team is deeply committed to delivering clean, safe, and reliable water to essential facilities, including hospitals and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities
As a Water Treatment Plant Operator, you will:
  • Operate and maintain advanced systems including Chemical Dosing, Ion Exchange Filtration, Ultraviolet Disinfection, and Reverse Osmosis
  • Monitor and adjust process controls and chemical dosing to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with Maryland regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with team members to improve system efficiency and reliability
What We’re Looking For
  • Required: Active Class T2 or T4 Water Treatment Operator Certification issued by the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE)
  • Solid technical knowledge of water treatment processes and equipment
  • Preferred experience with chemical injection and ion exchange systems
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, field-based environment
