  • Troubleshoot low-voltage, high-voltage, and control wiring issues.
  • Communicate with customers regarding equipment performance, service findings, and recommended solutions.
  • Collect water and bacteria samples when required.
  • Exchange DI tanks and portable equipment while ensuring proper system operation.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and keep service vehicles clean and organized.

  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours customer support.
  • Travel throughout the Southeast, including occasional overnight travel.

What We're Looking For

  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • 1-3 years of experience in industrial water treatment, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or utility service.
  • Experience with reverse osmosis, deionization, water softeners, pumps, motors, filtration systems, or similar industrial equipment preferred.
  • Knowledge of plumbing materials including copper, PVC, CPVC, Poly, and PVDF.
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical systems, including low-voltage, high-voltage, and control wiring.
  • Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
