Curing Marriage and Family Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. This position is primarily remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients via secure telehealth platforms. Although the role is remote, you will have regular opportunities to engage with fellow team members through virtual meetings and collaborative projects to ensure a supportive team dynamic. You will be part of an outpatient office setting focused on outpatient services, where flexibility and responsiveness to clients’ needs are paramount.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and interviews with new clients to accurately gauge their mental health needs and help them set meaningful goals.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions that empower clients to explore their emotions, tackle challenges, and develop coping strategies.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive progress notes, treatment plans, and closure or transfer summaries, ensuring that documentation is completed in a timely and organized manner.
• Coordinate special programs within the Behavioral Health Department, focusing on innovative approaches to enhance community support for preventive mental health services.
• Develop outreach initiatives to engage community resources, fostering networks that promote accessible mental health services.

Your work will primarily focus on diverse individuals and families facing a broad range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and significant life transitions. You will provide targeted interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client, fostering an environment of trust and open communication that promotes healing and growth.

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required for this position.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in accordance with state guidelines and standards.
• Demonstrated ability and commitment to staying current with LMFT requirements and supervision guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with peers and clients, ensuring clarity of expectations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing mental health services, particularly in crisis management scenarios.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client interactions and maintain sensitive information within HIPAA guidelines.
• Preferably, a background in program development or coordination within a behavioral health setting.

Curing Marriage and Family Therapy Services offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
