Job description

We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Support & Sales Representatives. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, building relationships, and helping customers identify products and services that meet their needs.

In this role, you will communicate with prospective and existing clients who have requested information about our products and services. Your responsibilities will include answering questions, providing information, following up with customers, maintaining accurate records, and guiding customers through the sales process while delivering a professional and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with prospective and existing clients by phone, email, text message, and virtual meetings.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and assist in recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity within company systems.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual appointments as needed.
  • Participate in virtual meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
  • Collaborate with team members to support customer satisfaction and organizational goals.
  • Follow established company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or another customer-facing position is preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software applications.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
