Job description

Location: Panama City Beach, FL / Field-Based

Engagement Type: Independent Contractor – Project-Based / On-Call

Travel: Extensive; multi-week field assignments may be required


About the Opportunity

Terradepth is expanding our Survey Operations Contractor Network and is seeking experienced and high-potential technical operators interested in supporting project-based field operations.

Contractors within our network may support hydrographic, geophysical, geotechnical, and autonomous maritime survey projects in the U.S. and other locations as project needs arise.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy hands-on technical field work, maritime operations, travel, and working with advanced survey and autonomous technologies.


Experience

We are particularly interested in individuals with experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • AUV, ASV, ROV, or USV operations
  • Hydrographic survey operations
  • Geophysical survey operations
  • Geotechnical field operations
  • Survey data acquisition and processing
  • Marine or offshore field operations
  • Mobilization, deployment, and recovery of survey equipment
  • Technical troubleshooting in field environments


Engagement Details

Engagement: Project-based / on-call contractor opportunities

Mobilization: Panama City Beach, Florida

Travel: Extensive travel may be required, including multi-week assignments

Schedule: Varies based on project and operational requirements
