Your Impact

As a Hospice full-time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN), you will have the unique opportunity to be part of a team working together at Big Bend Hospice, providing compassionate care after hours to our patients and family during critical needs. You will use your essential thinking skills and work closely with the physician, triage, and IDT. The work you do after hours is mostly crisis management and requires you to be able to support and help patients and their caregivers through the dying process. 

Requirements

  • Must have an active Florida RN License
  • a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
  • Ability to travel throughout our 8-county service area required 
  • Ability to work,, seven days a week on and seven days off schedule required
