How to make an extra $2000 a month as a nurse?

On Call Phone RNs can increase their income by taking on additional shifts, working overtime, or picking up agency or per diem assignments outside regular hours. Developing specialized skills or certifications in high-demand areas like ICU or emergency care can also command higher pay rates, helping to reach the extra $2000 monthly goal.

What can I do as an RN that isn't bedside?

As an RN, non-bedside roles include positions in case management, health education, telehealth, research, case coordination, and administrative roles. These jobs often require strong communication skills, clinical knowledge, and sometimes additional certifications or training. They allow nurses to utilize their expertise outside of direct patient care settings.

How to get a telehealth job as an RN?

To get a telehealth job as an RN, you should obtain an active nursing license, gain experience in patient care, and familiarize yourself with telehealth platforms and electronic health records. Many employers also require certification in areas like telehealth or case management and may prefer candidates with strong communication skills suitable for remote work.
