Job description

Provide comprehensive women's health services within the mobile clinic setting
Conduct patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results as appropriate
Provide preventive services, vaccinations, health screenings, nutrition counseling, and patient education
Coordinate care and referrals with medical and behavioral health professionals
Screen for and manage hypertension, diabetes, anemia, and behavioral health concerns
Maintain accurate, complete, and timely EHR patient records
Support daily mobile clinic operations, including preparing clinical space, managing supplies, patient intake, insurance verification, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, community health workers, and program staff
Participate in community outreach and engagement activities
Champion mobile clinic program development, quality improvement, and strategic planning

Requirements

  • Master's or DNP Nurse Practitioner (APRN) with completion of an accredited APRN program
  • Current Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) Board Certification through the National Certification Corporation (NCC) or equivalent certifying body
  • Currently licensed or eligible for Missouri APRN licensure
  • Clinical experience in women's health services preferred
  • Certified Nurse Midwife preferred
  • Experience with EHR preferred
  • Able and willing to provide world-class service to all stakeholders
