Job description

 The primary purpose of the position is to maintain excellent customer service, to ensure guest satisfaction and a future return. As front-line employees, the Host/Cashier is the first impressions. They are expected to provide prompt, courteous, friendly and professional service to all guests at all times. They are responsible for maintaining superior quality service for guests. Performing their jobs on a daily basis, they are required to be detailed in every aspect of their work while maintaining an efficient pace. Also must be able to help guest with completing payments and other POS transactions.

  • Must be able to maneuver to all areas of assigned restaurant throughout entire shift. 
  • Must be able to accurately and quickly process all cash transactions. 
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations. 
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.  
  • Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.

GAMING PERMIT:  N/A

  • Must have at least three months previous money handling and cash register experience.
  • Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. 
  • Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner. 
  • Must be 18 years of age.  Must be able to work independently, with little supervision. 
  • Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift. 
  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.  
  • Must present a well-groomed appearance.
