Our Florida-based team regularly handles first-party and third-party insurance coverage matters involving property damage, construction defects, hurricanes, water intrusion, fire losses, catastrophic events, commercial general liability claims, and other complex coverage disputes. 

  • Manage insurance coverage and litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, coverage analyses, and legal memoranda
  • Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy
  • Handle discovery, depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
  • Analyze complex coverage questions and advise clients on risk management and claims handling issues
  • Collaborate with experienced litigators on high-profile and high-exposure matters
  • Participate in trial preparation and case development
